Women's Fitness & Self Defense Class Outline

Jami Masjid, in partnership with the Royal Taekwondo Academy, presents a comprehensive class dedicated to the physical health, strength, and personal safety of women and sisters. This program combines effective fitness training with essential self-defense skills, taught in a supportive environment by certified female Black Belts.

Women's Fitness & Self Defense Class

  • Instructors: Certified Female Black Belts

  • Frequency: Every Sunday

  • Duration: 1 hour per session
